A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Doug has made the Bitterroot Valley home for 38 years. Doug and his wife Jean have 3 grown children. Doug says, “There is no other place I would rather live to raise a family or simply enjoy life.” Prior to entering the real estate business, Doug taught Jr. High and High School in Darby and Victor and for 22 years was a senior partner of the largest independent insurance agency here in the Bitterroot Valley. But Doug’s 1st love is real estate. Doug started with By Owner 11 years ago. He enjoys helping people with all of their real estate needs. No property is too small or too large. A native of California, Jim moved here in 1989, became a Sales Associate in 1990 and a Broker in 1992. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Bitterroot Valley Board of Realtors® in several capacities: Vice Treasurer, Treasurer, State Director, Budget and Finance Chairman, and chairman of the Grievance Committee. He takes the Real Estate Code of Ethics very seriously. He also is a Volunteer Firefighter for the Corvallis Fire Department and an EMT-B. He says, “The best part of being a real estate professional is when I am able to find the right property for my client.”

Gary has been actively involved in the real estate industry for almost 20 years. He currently is the President of the Bitterroot Valley Board of Realtors® and has served the local association in a variety of ways. He also serves on the Montana Association of Realtors Executive Committee and Communications Committee. He is on the Communications Committee for the National Association of Realtors®.

Before his career in real estate, Gary was active in horse racing serving as the executive Secretary for the Board of Horse Racing. He also served as Manager for the Ravalli County Fair.

Gary is married and has 2 children -- both who now have graduated from college.

Gary is a member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, the Ravalli County Wildlife Association and Ducks Unlimited.
